1. What the Warranty Covers

Paintwork repairs carried out by GoSmarterWay are guaranteed against peeling, flaking, or loss of adhesion for as long as you own the vehicle.
This warranty is valid only for the current vehicle owner at the time of repair and is not transferable if the vehicle is sold.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

Alloy wheel repairs.
Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or stone chips.
Rust or corrosion that develops after the repair.
Damage caused by improper cleaning methods (e.g., high-pressure jet washing directly on repair edges).
Repairs that have been altered, modified, or attempted by another repairer.
Normal wear and tear.

3. How the Warranty Can Become Void

The warranty will be void if:

The repair is compromised by further damage (e.g., new scratches, dents, or chips).
Paint failure is caused by jet washing or harsh chemicals applied to the repair edges.
The vehicle is not maintained with reasonable care.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, you must:

Contact us as soon as the issue is noticed.
Provide proof of the original repair (such as invoice or receipt).
Allow us to inspect the vehicle before any other work is carried out.

If the repair issue is covered under this warranty, we will re-do the repair at no additional cost.

If for any reason we cannot rectify the problem, we will offer a full refund of the original repair cost.

5. Limitations of Warranty

This warranty applies only to the specific area we repaired.
We are not liable for consequential losses such as vehicle downtime, inconvenience, or reduced resale value.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
