2. Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• Final prices may vary if additional damage is found once work begins. Customers will be notified of any changes before work continues.

• All prices include VAT (if applicable), unless stated otherwise.

3. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once both parties agree to proceed with the estimate.

• Payment is due upon completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or card (where available).

4. Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Repairs & Warranty

• Repairs are carried out to a professional standard.

• A lifetime ownership warranty is provided on paintwork repairs against peeling, flaking, or loss of adhesion (see our separate Warranty Terms for full details).

• Warranty does not cover rust, accidental damage, neglect, or repairs that have been tampered with after completion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure their vehicle is accessible and available at the agreed time.

• Any personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before work begins. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather, parts supply).

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

• Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Website Use

• All content on this website is owned by GoSmarterWay and must not be copied without permission.

• We may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Governing Law
